The design exemplifies a high quality market rate development in order to contribute a positive value to the existing neighbors and anticipates LEED Gold certification.
Designed at a neighborhood village scale, three buildings define a quarter acre of open space with a centralized community building. Buildings vary in height on this sloped site with the tallest structure located at the lowest location to minimize blocking adjacent views. Parking is concealed from the public realm along the southern edge. Amenities include a tot lot, open play field, dog park, and community gardens. The units vary from two-story townhomes to 1, 2 and 3-bedroom flats.
