Santa Ana Arts Collective featured in
America ByDesign
We’re proud to share that Santa Ana Arts Collective (SAAC), one of Studio One Eleven’s adaptive reuse projects, was recently featured on America ByDesign.
Originally built in 1965 as an international-style office building, the structure has been reimagined as the Santa Ana Arts Collective, providing 100% affordable live-work lofts for artists in the heart of Santa Ana.
The project preserves key features of the original building, including the 13-foot exposed concrete waffle-slab ceilings, polished concrete floors, and restored ribbon windows that wrap the structure.
Recognized by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Santa Ana Arts Collective highlights the power of adaptive reuse to support artists and creative communities.
