Studio One Eleven Brings the 10 Degrees Cooler Hydration Creation Station to Olympic Day

On Tuesday, June 23, Studio One Eleven brought the 10 Degrees Cooler Hydration Creation Station to the City of Long Beach’s Olympic Day of Sport at Houghton Park, joining hundreds of local youth and families for a day of sports, creativity, and community celebration.

As participants took part in a variety of athletic activities, the Hydration Creation Station offered a place to cool off and get creative. The installation encouraged visitors to engage with water in a fun and interactive way.

The event celebrated National Olympic & Paralympic Day, bringing the community together while building excitement for the upcoming LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Studio One Eleven is proud to support initiatives that promote active communities and create meaningful public experiences.

The 10 Degrees Cooler Hydration Creation Station is a collaborative project created in partnership with Poster Territory, Nathan Amondson, and Able ARTS Work. Together, the team transformed a simple hydration station into an engaging public installation that combines art, design, and community participation.

We are grateful to the City of Long Beach and all of our project partners for making this event possible, and we look forward to continuing to create playful, people-centered experiences throughout the city.
