Excited that our Watts Works modular affordable housing project was included in Frances Anderton’s new book, “Common Ground: Multifamily Housing in Los Angeles” published by Angel City Press.

Anderton’s comprehensive book explores the history of LA housing from the bungalow to the mid-rise, ultimately making a case for the social aspects of this ever-evolving housing type. Our Watts Project is contextualized within the new movement to build faster and cheaper housing for those most in need of shelter.
