Studio One Eleven is proud to announce the promotion of Marcus Luciani to Principal.

Marcus first joined the firm as an intern more than three decades ago. Since then, he has taken on many roles, built lasting client relationships, and led some of the firm’s largest and most complex architecture and urban design projects. His portfolio includes major destinations such as West Harbor and The Bloc, reflecting a career dedicated to creating meaningful places that strengthen cities and the communities they serve.

For Marcus, the relationships behind the work have always mattered as much as the places themselves. Many clients have continued working with him across decades and multiple efforts, a testament to the trust he has earned and the personal commitment he brings to each relationship.

Marcus has also played an integral role in the growth of Studio One Eleven through business development, strategic leadership, mentorship, and collaboration across the firm. His collaborative approach, deep market knowledge, and generosity in sharing his experience have helped shape both the practice and its culture.

As Principal, Marcus will continue to help guide the firm’s vision while advancing Studio One Eleven’s mission of repairing existing cities, creating thriving neighborhoods, and designing places that have lasting community impact.
