Studio One Eleven is collaborating with the City of Ontario to revitalize its historic Downtown along West Euclid Avenue into a vibrant regional destination.

Our team identified key opportunity sites for redevelopment, adaptive reuse, façade improvements, and placemaking, including alley activation and streetscape enhancements. For City-controlled projects, we provided design possibilities, case studies, and sketches showing potential improvements. We also organized a “Brain Trust” of industry professionals to walk the site with the City, offering real-world insights to shape future collaborations.

Our work supports existing Downtown initiatives and lays the foundation for transforming Downtown Ontario into a hub for connectivity, community-focused spaces, and a strengthened retail, entertainment, arts, and culture scene. We also assisted the City in updating regulatory frameworks to facilitate new redevelopment efforts.
